威尔光学科技有限公司成立于2005年1月，是集研发、生产及销售于一体的专业树脂镜片生产厂家，成立之初即与美国威尔科技有限公司合作，引进先进的国际技术，致力于专业化、精细化的镜片生产模式。
Changzhou Will Optical Scientific and Technical Co., Ltd. Was established in 2005. It’s a professional provider of optical lens. Under the great support of Will International Inc. located in the U.S., Changzhou Will introduced the advanced technology and dedicated to researching, developing and manufacturing resin optical lens.
公司坐落于中国最具经济活力的长三角腹地，风景秀丽的江南水乡---常州市新北区常恒工业园区，紧邻沪宁高速公路、京沪铁路和常州机场，物流顺畅、交通十分便利，能够大大缩短运输时间和节约运输成本。
Changzhou Will is located at Changzhou New Develop and Hi-Tech. District, adjacent to Shanghai-Nanjing expressway, Beijing-Shanghai railway and ChangZhou Airport. Be in the centre of China most developed Yangzi river economic delta region, the traffic is very convenient, which help shorten the transportation time and save the logistic cost.

Production process is based on system control, minimum the unusual occurrence to guarantee the consistency.
控制过程：威尔公司学习并推行世界优秀公司的先进管理方法，在全面实施“ERP”系统操作管理基础上，结合公司现状，有效的运用及实施了“5S”、“TPM”、“DOE”、“QFD”、“APQP”等工具及方法，重视先期策划，有效降低因策划不周全导致的过程返工，极大的节约了生产成本。
Control Process:
Implement ERP system.
Successfully used many 6 sigma tools, for instance, 5S, TPM, DOE, QFD, etc…Minimum the rework through APQP implementation to realize cost saving.
定位产品：威尔公司同类产品推出精品、消费品及经济品三种价位，进行差异化匹配，不同的成本、不同的包装、相同的服务，覆盖所有客户群，使不同的需求得到不同的满足。
Position Products:
Service different level’s customer by providing Luxury, Popular product, Economic product.
Different price, different package but the same service, satisfy each level of customer.
